Luke Copley

Chair

Luke Copley has over 10 years experience in the finance industry and is currently a Director with Scotiabank's U.S. Corporate and Investment Banking group in New York. Luke has worked on transactions with some of the largest companies in the United States and specializes in serving clients in the Technology industry. Luke's experience in the non-profit sector includes work with TEDxNewYork, where he helped develop and execute the organization's partnership strategy. He has also advised non-profit executives in the education sector on topics including financial forecasting and fundraising. Luke has a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Western Australia.

Anna Houseman

Treasurer

Anna Houseman is the Global Lead Handling & Visibility Manager for Pall Corporation as part of the General Manager Development Program at Danaher Corporation. Prior to joining Danaher, Anna taught kindergarten, fourth, and fifth grade at KIPP New Jersey and Success Academies. At KIPP, she also served as the regional Assessment Director and grade-level Assessment Coordinators, where she specialized in data-driven instruction and the use of academic data to propel student achievement. Anna holds a Masters in Business Administration from Columbia University, where she was Co-Chair of the Student Leadership and Ethics Board and Co-President of the Social Enterprise Club, a Masters in Public Administration from the University of Georgia, and a Bachelors in Mathematics from the University of Georgia. Anna also serves as the Co-Chair of the Associate Board for Xavier Mission in New York City.

Martha Zornow

Martha Zornow teaches freshman English at Seton Hall University and coaches aspiring principals through Teachers College. Prior to teaching at the college level, Zornow founded Girls Prep Bronx Middle School in 2014 after serving as a principal in Chappaqua, NY, a housemaster in Greenwich, CT, and a public school teacher in the Bronx.  A career changer and Harvard Law School graduate, Zornow practiced law for nearly two decades before moving into education.  She holds additional Masters degrees from Teachers College/Columbia University, Iona College, and The City College of New York and is a current Ph.D. candidate in English at Old Dominion University.

Nick Pozek

Vice Chair

Nick Pozek is a strategic advisor and humanitarian with over a decade of experience leading ambitious projects and cross-disciplinary teams. In his role as Assistant Director of the Parker School of Foreign and Comparative Law at Columbia University, Nick conceptualizes and organizes conferences, symposia, lecture series, and research projects exploring geopolitics, international law, and globalization. He also oversees a portfolio of grantmaking programs and international fellowships. Nick serves on the Board of Directors of the Greater New York Chapter of the Association for Conflict Resolution and is co-chair of the College Art Association Committee for Intellectual Property. Nick holds a Master of Arts Management from the School of Public Policy and Management at Carnegie Mellon University and advanced certificates from Berkeley Law, Duquesne University School of Law, New York University, and Gabelli School of Business.

Misbah Budhwani

Secretary

Misbah Budhwani is a Senior Program Manager at Amazon building software for the Seller Growth and Development Team. Prior to joining Amazon, Misbah was a 6th grade math and 7th grade science teacher in Texas. Misbah also worked at the Harlem Children’s Zone for 3 years as an Assistant Director for Middle School Afterschool Programming, and most recently with the Center for Public Research and Leadership at Columbia University as an Associate Consultant conducting a formative evaluation for the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation’s Networks for School Improvement. Misbah holds a Masters in Business Administration from Columbia University, where she was Chief of Staff for the CBS Reflects Board which focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion for CBS students and also served as a Vice President of the Social Enterprise Club. She also holds a Masters in International Education Development from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelors in Interdisciplinary Studies (Math & Science). Misbah also serves as the Chairperson for the Aga Khan Education Board for the Northeast Region.

Ibrahim Yusuf

Ibrahim Yusuf is a Partner in Deloitte LLP's Audit and Enterprise Risk practice, where he specializes in serving Real Estate and Investment Management clients. He is also part of Deloitte's CFO Program which assists CFOs in the development of their 180-day plan, assessment of their talent organization and assessment of their stakeholder relationships. Ibrahim is a C.P.A. with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Binghamton University. He is currently a member of the Finance and Audit Committees of Futures and Options Inc., a not-for-profit organization based in New York City which enables New York's underserved youth to gain access to the economic mainstream, work-readiness training and support from caring adults.
